The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. During the appointment process, Lindsay was patient with me and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to call me back and help coordinate the specialist appointment I needed. Overall, Dr. Strupp and Dr. Brumm made me feel comfortable, attended to and part of the process. I needed new front crowns after a bone graft and dental implant. The dentists were familiar and specialized in the type of custom abutment that I needed for my implant crown. I was referred to Dr Strupp and Brumm after a terrible experience somewhere else. Learning from my previous experience, I knew I needed a dental office with an in-house lab technician that I could work with directly while designing my front teeth. It made everything so much easier to be talking directly to the technician that was designing my teeth. Most other dentists have to try to explain what it is you want to a technician offsite from their office. That is a headache. Save yourself the time and frustration and go see Dr Strupp and brumm. The dentists and entire staff are extremely professional, polite and patient. Polly was a Godsend and made my temporary crowns look almost as good as the final result. Kim has been great. Jim did an incredible job designing my permanent crowns EXACLTY the way I wanted them. Thank you so much for spending the time Jim! They do a wonderful job, very friendly staff and always make us feel relaxed and comfortable. I have been taking my daughter here since she was 2 and she is excited to go every time. A beautiful office, clean, professional, and efficient. But most importantly, the most professional, experienced, and highly talented dentists, hygienists, and assistants that you can find. Dr. Strupp and Dr. Blumm just held a huge conference training other dentists from around the world in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry. Over 500 dentists attended to see their work. Having been "raised by wolves" (as I told Dr. Strupp!) this was absolutely the most thorough exam ever...totally comprehensive & best of all, with an overview & detailed plan for the future. Finally, an assurance that if we take the appropriate steps now I'll be able to keep all my teeth, in spite of my poor dental care early in life. Care began immediately with Alicia, an intense (but good) procedure I'd never had, & I then I was scheduled for another exam & possible procedure later this week! To say I was ecstatic is an understatement. Dr. Strupp really knows his stuff & I finally have confidence I've never had in any experiences with dentists in the past. Best practice, best care, ever!

Second visit this week to get a good cleaning with Penny: fantastic & very thorough job on the cleaning, she's top drawer, & no wonder, about to retire at almost 40 years doing this! She taught me even more than I thought I already knew & I was good to go for another 4 months. Next week just a follow up on all that was done this week, getting my whole mouth into perfect heath again, no major issues in there but always something can use cosmetic improvement or whitening. I came in to receive my implant today. The tooth was beautiful and fit perfectly. I expected the installation to take an hour. Dr. Brumm had the implant installed in less than 10 minutes and no additional adjustment was needed. Feels and works perfectly and I could not be happier. They have not only helped patients in their office, but also countless others by training dentists through teaching and improving upon current dental techniques.

It's very difficult for a potential new patient to know how good of a dentist somebody is just by reading reviews. However, I can say (as a dental professional myself) that the work he performs day in and day out is excellent. He is a rare person who has the natural born talent, dedication, and personality that allows him to do great things (and all the while making it look easy). I have been a patient for many years. Both Dr. Strupp & Dr. Brumm have treated me & Penny is my hygienist. I have always received excellent care, the dentists and staff are the most knowledgeable team of practitioners I have ever come across.
