The Staff: From my phone consultation and distress need for help, the front desk team went above and beyond to help me. The assistant, especially Claudia, was remarkable. They were patient, accommodating, genuine, understanding, and above all, extraordinarily good at their job!

My journey to Dr. Strupp and Dr. Brumm’’s Office began when I was eight years old when I broke my front teeth in a bike accident in 1975. You could say I am an expert at receiving cosmetic dentistry. I have always been self conscious of my smile, so every so many years I would search for another “best in their field”, spend a lot of money to get results a little better than before, but I continued to hide aspects of my smile.When I met Dr. Strupp, in 2018 his confidence was so great, he sort of swept me into believing, along with his staff, that I had found the holy grail of dentistry. I took a leap of faith that they were what they said they were. I decided to makeover my entire mouth based on my research of their work.Today, forty four years since that fateful bike crash, I am at the end of my journey. The team at Dr. Strupp and Dr. Brumm’s Office have exceeded what I thought possible with my teeth. My teeth look COMPLETELY natural and are beautifully shaped and detailed in ways I didn’t think was possible with the structure in my mouth. I no longer have “big teeth”, I have super pretty teeth that compliment my face and personality! They glow in the sunlight just the way narural teeth do. It’s as though I was born with the best teeth ever!Jim was the technician, artist, magician who overcame some real structural barriers, i cried tears of joy when I saw what he did for me after all these years I have the most beautiful teeth!I am so very grateful to Dr. Strupp for being uncompromising in doing everything technically excellent which results in the holy grail of dentistry. He has indeed groomed a team of true masters. I have grown to love my technicians Stacy and Jim as well as Dr Strupp and Dr Brumm. I moved here from Iowa in 1977. I have had previous massive dental work only to find out from Dr. Strupp it mostly was not good. I have been under his dental care, I am in my 70's, my husband, mother, many friends I recommended and have raved about the care received by Dr. Strupp. I was told in my 20's I would not probably have any teeth by my 30's (they were considered soft). I'm very grateful to have meet Dr. Brumm and his lovely assistant, Kim. I came to them both in really rough dental shape, compiled with one of the most severe cases of dental anxiety imaginable. Not the ideal combo.Kim is literally my angel on earth. I truly don't think I would have gotten through the process without her. Until I met her, I've never a dental or medical professional actually and truly care about me. But with Kim, my victories are her victories, my struggles are her struggles as well. She's been there for me at every step, literally and figuratively holding my hand. I constantly give her a side eye, but I appreciate that even on the darkest of days, she never loses hope that one day I might truly be able to grin from ear to ear without being ashamed.Dr. Brumm is a little tougher than Kim ;). But what I truly appreciate about him, is how reasonable and incredibly patient he is. We may not always/never agree, but I appreciate that he always hears me out and does so in a gentle manner. His actual dental work is TOP-NOTCH. It was absolutely painless - and with red hair in my family history, he had to do a lot of novacaine shots. I will never love a dentist, but I really really LIKE him, a whole lot. (I can't ever say this directly to him, because it'll get to his head haha)I've had limited interactions with his partner, Dr Strupp. He wasn't the best fit for me and I don't think I'd recommend him for anyone with any level of anxiety esp if Brumm is available.
