Dr. Strupp & Dr. Brumm Patient Results

I've been a patient since the 1980's. Dr. Strupp, Dr. Brumm & their team are without a doubt the best at what they do. They only use the highest quality material, their crowns and veneers are like a work of art, and their touch is gentle beyond belief. I had no idea how amazing they were till I moved 30 miles away and tried 5 other dentists over a 10 year period, only to return to them as they are worth the drive. They are perfectionists and it shows in all they do. They do not accept insurance but they will file the paperwork with your insurance company for any possible reimbursements. I'm happy to say my insurance plan does reimburse me but I would have returned to them even if they hadn't. - 1/11/2016 

Having been "raised by wolves" (as I told Dr. Strupp!) this was absolutely the most thorough exam ever...totally comprehensive & best of all, with an overview & detailed plan for the future. Finally, an assurance that if we take the appropriate steps now I'll be able to keep all my teeth, in spite of my poor dental care early in life. Care began immediately with Alicia, an intense (but good) procedure I'd never had, & I then I was scheduled for another exam & possible procedure later this week! To say I was ecstatic is an understatement. Dr. Strupp really knows his stuff & I finally have confidence I've never had in any experiences with dentists in the past. Best practice, best care, ever!

Second visit this week to get a good cleaning with Penny: fantastic & very thorough job on the cleaning, she's top drawer, & no wonder, about to retire at almost 40 years doing this! She taught me even more than I thought I already knew & I was good to go for another 4 months. Next week just a follow up on all that was done this week, getting my whole mouth into perfect heath again, no major issues in there but always something can use cosmetic improvement or whitening. Firstly Dr’s Strupp and Brumm are unbelievably talented and perform elegant work with outstanding outcomes. The work is done with full and simple explanation, is state of the art, and done with care and is without pain. They demonstrate impeccable patient respect, care, and are fun to interact with. Their staff is friendly, efficient, personable, and also allot of fun! The are extremely well trained and talented also. Everyone there takes a genuine interest in you and your outcomes. Hey, let’s face it, going to the dentist is not high on your bucket list; however, for the first time I can say that I look forward to seeing everyone, the care attached, and all of the great people you get to interact with!!! I'm very grateful to have meet Dr. Brumm and his lovely assistant, Kim. I came to them both in really rough dental shape, compiled with one of the most severe cases of dental anxiety imaginable. Not the ideal combo.Kim is literally my angel on earth. I truly don't think I would have gotten through the process without her. Until I met her, I've never a dental or medical professional actually and truly care about me. But with Kim, my victories are her victories, my struggles are her struggles as well. She's been there for me at every step, literally and figuratively holding my hand. I constantly give her a side eye, but I appreciate that even on the darkest of days, she never loses hope that one day I might truly be able to grin from ear to ear without being ashamed.Dr. Brumm is a little tougher than Kim ;). But what I truly appreciate about him, is how reasonable and incredibly patient he is. We may not always/never agree, but I appreciate that he always hears me out and does so in a gentle manner. His actual dental work is TOP-NOTCH. It was absolutely painless - and with red hair in my family history, he had to do a lot of novacaine shots. I will never love a dentist, but I really really LIKE him, a whole lot. (I can't ever say this directly to him, because it'll get to his head haha)I've had limited interactions with his partner, Dr Strupp. He wasn't the best fit for me and I don't think I'd recommend him for anyone with any level of anxiety esp if Brumm is available.
