The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. During the appointment process, Lindsay was patient with me and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to call me back and help coordinate the specialist appointment I needed. Overall, Dr. Strupp and Dr. Brumm made me feel comfortable, attended to and part of the process. Not only did they discuss the options for my treatment plan, but they truly listened to my needs and concerns when making a decision. I really appreciate Dr. Strupp. He is very intelligent, wise and funny. I experience chronic dental pain and general anxiety from such. He was accepting and helpful. Was having rework on a bad dental treatment that started in 2017 in New York but due to an unexpected move to Florida the treatment ended in the office of Drs. Stupp and Brumm in May 2022 with a full restoration of the upper arch. I could not be more thankful and blessed to have moved to Florida and found this AMAZING office. From the moment you walk into the office, you can tell you are in the right place, never a wait, and are treated like family. You are greeted by Lyndsay who is so easy to work with and on top of any request that comes her way. The WHOLE assistant team is terrific and work with the doctors seamlessly but Alicia has my heart. She has been there with me throughout the process and ensured I was happy and comfortable. She has a lot of experience and you can see that by having her by your side. Dr. Strupp and Dr. Brumm are the best of the best, perfectionists and have so much experience in making people happy but they are the most friendly and down-to-earth people which makes me love them even more. Last but definitely not least is Jim - the artist! Jim is a master at his craft and so fun to work with. He takes the time to listen and then works his magic! Jim makes perfect teeth - perfect for each person 🙂 I am beyond happy with my new smile. After 5 years, I finally look at myself in the mirror and feel like myself again. I will forever be grateful to the whole office at Strupp and Brumm and would recommend them over and over again.

Today, Tues 8/2, I had my teeth cleaned by my hygienist Lisa. I LOVE going to their office and enjoy all the staff, doctors, and ambiance. I have been a patient of Dr Strupp and Dr Brumm for almost 30 years. There is no one better at cosmetic dentistry that I know of. I actually love to get my teeth cleaned. LISA IS THE BEST!!!

My veneers are so natural looking and beautiful. No one knows they’re veneers. Strangers ask me who my dentist is all the time! The staff is really impressive! I don’t want to single anyone out because they’re all so good! Highly Highly Recommend

My experience from day one has been awesome.. before we looked into changing my looks, they helped me work on healthy gums!! Each appointment was working towards my goal of beautiful teeth. I’m 1/2 through my lowers ( I have temps in) and they are awesome. If I look this good with these temps I can’t wait to see final product!!
You are assigned a dental assistant ( Shout out to Sandra) and that person is your point person, I love it because they know my goals. I don’t have to keep explaining it and they got my back.

From my first visit greeted with smiles by Lyndsay and Jessica at the front desk, to my cleaning with hygienist, Lisa, to the final delivery of full mouth porcelain veneers restoration designed and created by Jim, the Dental Ceramist, it was undoubtedly the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

I have my youthful smile back. The final results were better than I could have ever imagined.

The office is very up-to-date and beautiful.

The entire staff was so friendly and professional. I worked closest with Alicia, Dental Assistant who now feels like a friend. She is so good at what she does, a true professional with her exceptional work and attitude...I knew I was in good hands every step of the way, along with Dina…so caring, helpful and knowledgeable. Jim listened and created the smile I wanted. Both Doctors have a fun and relaxed bedside manner and you can tell they love what they do. I’m sure at one time or another I had some type of interaction with each staff member. They were all great. I have not one complaint.

This was not inexpensive. It takes some time to accomplish, but I would not change a thing.

I have been seeing Dr Strupp for over 40 years. As the years have past the excellent dentistry remains and the warm friendly staff are always wonderful. The teamwork and precision are top notch. I drove over four hours for a restorative dental consult. I had been to several other dentists in Palm Beach County without a proper diagnosis. As always, Dr. Strupp took the time to develop a pepper plan that's was logical and exacting. There is no other dentist quite like him.

The staff is very attentive. They make you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. The doctors are very personal and take the time to do a great job. Very pleased.

I had 3 permanent crowns put in today. Dr Brumm and Gigi are the best! The procedure went really smooth, considering all the work that needed to be done. They were so patient, answering all my questions. To me, compassion is as important as the actual dental work. They both get 5 ⭐ from me. I would highly recommend this office. 😁

This is the best experience of my visit to a doctor ever. I was made comfortable before, during, and after the visit in all aspects. Entire staff from reception to assistants to Dr. Strupp was very professional. And I was so happy with a thorough examination and very honest feedback. After this visit, I feel confident about myself!

Great welcome from the two young ladies at the reception desk. Lisa came shortly after my arrival and took me to her room. I could heat a lot of talking in the background as well as laughter. Nice. Lisa and I updated our lives for a few minutes. My cleaning was completed within the hour. I felt great.

Overall: The practice is meticulously thought out and is an absolute representation of the level of service and attention the team has to offer. Additionally, I, too, live hundreds of miles away from the practice and drove for many hours to be seen here because it's certainly worth it.

The Staff: From my phone consultation and distress need for help, the front desk team went above and beyond to help me. The assistant, especially Claudia, was remarkable. They were patient, accommodating, genuine, understanding, and above all, extraordinarily good at their job!

Finally, an assurance that if we take the appropriate steps now I'll be able to keep all my teeth, in spite of my poor dental care early in life. Care began immediately with Alicia, an intense (but good) procedure I'd never had, & I then I was scheduled for another exam & possible procedure later this week! To say I was ecstatic is an understatement. Dr. Strupp really knows his stuff & I finally have confidence I've never had in any experiences with dentists in the past. Best practice, best care, ever!

Second visit this week to get a good cleaning with Penny: fantastic & very thorough job on the cleaning, she's top drawer, & no wonder, about to retire at almost 40 years doing this! She taught me even more than I thought I already knew & I was good to go for another 4 months. Next week just a follow up on all that was done this week, getting my whole mouth into perfect heath again, no major issues in there but always something can use cosmetic improvement or whitening. Just my 1st visit but the vibe was fantastic and the Docs really know their stuff. Love the fact that they have in house lab and were able to get me mouth guard while I waited instead of 3 weeks! Office clean and inviting and good central location. Got me in on short notice. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner. Many thanks.

Dr. Strupp has a very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. They go out of their way to help answer your questions both prior and post your appointment. His assistant is a very nice young lady and seems to have been trained well. He is fast, to the point, and his expertise is unmatched in both his theoretical and practical skills. I not only ended up with a consultation/first appointment in the office, but also with one of my dental issues resolved on the spot! That doesn’t always happen; I am sure you all know what I mean.

Firstly Dr’s Strupp and Brumm are unbelievably talented and perform elegant work with outstanding outcomes. I came in to receive my implant today. The tooth was beautiful and fit perfectly. I expected the installation to take an hour. Dr. Brumm had the implant installed in less than 10 minutes and no additional adjustment was needed. Feels and works perfectly and I could not be happier. The pinnacle of modern dentistry.

I am new to the area. This practice is awesome. The office is very clean, airy and open. The staff is friendly professional and efficient. It is a wonderful dentist experience. You cant go wrong here. I am so happy Strupp & Brumm will be my dentists.

Lindsey is wonderful at helping with scheduling, she always finds a way! And Penny is amazing at making sure you are comfortable and calm if going to the dentist is not your favorite thing to do! Penny also does an amazing job at cleaning teeth to perfection. Very thankful for the ladies at the office for being so wonderful at their jobs and their kindness.

There are 508.6 miles from my house to Drs Strupp's & Brumm's office. Certainly there are hundreds of other dentists between us; yet I will never allow anyone else to ever treat me (or my family members who care what I tell them). YES, indeed; Drs Strupp & Brumm actually ARE that good! On a chart measuring excellence, expertise & (MOST importantly) ethics, these 2 doctors share the value commonly known as, "...too high to be counted."; while others content themselves to operate at, "below average to average." This fact is glaringly evident to me because I was married to a general dentist for >45 years, so I've personally seen the dental devastation inflicted by mediocre dentists. Last week a member of Dr Strupp's treatment team stayed >1 hour past his closing time (without a single word of complaint)--working as hard as anyone possibly could to help save (3 of) my otherwise doomed teeth. As he finished, & with the dignity limited only to a non pareil professional; this Oral Surgeon/Periodontist stated, "If those (teeth) aren't perfect, it is my fault." Dental patients are NEVER buying an end result; we are purchasing a doctor's best effort; so with the aforementioned stated pride & confidence in their work beautifully done; WHY would ANYone stateside go ANYwhere else?

I had a consultation with Dr Brumm about the In-House teeth whitening service. He was friendly and took the time to listen to my needs and desires. He examined my teeth and gave me great advice! I will definitely be coming back and referring him to friends.

This dental practice is important, and possibly unique, because it is not about simply creating a partnership that will exist after its founder has retired. When a younger partner takes over, he/she is likely to carry on in his/her own style. Instead, this practice is driven by a principle of creating disciples, individuals, who are fully able to execute the best practices and have internalized the knowledge of the founder/current senior person--in this case, Dr. Strupp, who prides himself on his years of intense study and learning that include perpetual growth, development, and refinement of his capability. The ambience in the office is thus characterized by respect, loyalty, and admiration.Upon the retirement of Dr. Strupp, Dr. Brumm, who has been carefully chosen from the outset and further mentored by Dr. Strupp, will ultimately take on the practice.Dr. Brumm will carry on in the same manner that he currently does—but of course he will also have an appetite for new knowledge--and for which his work has repeatedly earned him the descriptor “Perfect” from Dr. Strupp. Indeed “perfect” is the watchword of the office, and that is what the goal always is.When a new set of teeth has been installed—the members of the team gather around to admire the outcome, as if viewing a healthy newborn.In my view, what has been less than ideal is the connection and understanding regarding insurance claims. This is a serious shortcoming which could be rectified and would be greatly appreciated by the patients who are willing to pay top dollar for exceptional service and expertise—which they get.For the work that has been and the kindness and supportiveness of the entire dental team, I give 5 stars!

Dr. Brumm provided a second opinion on work that I need to have completed. I found Dr Brumm extremely knowledge and pleasant. Both Dr. Brumm and his assistant, Sandy, listened carefully to my concerns and then he provided me with a different approach to correcting my problem. I feel very confident that if he completes the work, it would be done correctly.

I brought my son here from Michigan knowing he would finally be in the care he deserved. He had an accident and needed a team that would find the best solution. Others had only created more problems. Dr. Strupp, Dr. Brumm and the staff were calculating and prompt. I was able to relax for the first time knowing there was nothing more I could do as a parent. I recently moved to Florida and broke a tooth. Without reference of a dentist I googled and found a positive recommendation to Dr Strupp.I called their office and within 1hour I was sitting in their dentist chair and having my tooth repaired.I never expected this support.Later I learned both Dr Strupp and Dr.Brumm were in the middle of a major oral surgery yet they managed to accommodate my needs.I walked out with my tooth repaired in less than 2 hours as a walk in patient.The entire organization is 21st century level- facility-personnel-operation.Their office staff is exceptional starting with Lyndsay receptionist to Alicia technical staff.I cannot say enough to compliment this organization and it’s commitment to serve the needs of their patients.Both doctors personally met with me and Dr Brummrepaired my tooth. He is exceptional.

Dr. Brumm is absolutely superb in his craft and the best you could possibly hope to find. He repaired my broken tooth as good as new. It looks and feels just like it grew there; even I can't see or feel where he fixed it. I drive over an hour each way for his services and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Having experienced his abilities, I no longer worry about my dental needs. Dr. Brumm takes great care to do his best, and always to my satisfaction or beyond. He is simply the best you can hope to find...no exaggeration.
